Meredith Hosey (she/her) is a seasoned professional in the field of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging, boasting over 17 years of strategic experience supporting global giants such as Microsoft, Amazon, and Salesforce. In her impactful role, Meredith adeptly utilized diversity, inclusion, and cross-cultural competency to propel organizational missions and business goals, concurrently offering executive coaching to CEOs and top-tier leaders.
Having served as the Director of Equality for Salesforce, where she supported the CEO of Slack and the President and Chief Product Officer, Meredith transitioned into consulting, bringing her wealth of expertise to new heights. Notably, she played a key role as the Head of DEI for Worldwide Customer Service at Amazon, spearheading the development and implementation of a global DEI strategic plan benefiting over 100,000 employees.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Meredith is a passionate advocate for both mental health awareness and education reform. She works closely with various non-profit organizations to combat the stigma surrounding mental well-being in marginalized communities and is a staunch proponent for improving the education system.
Through her dedication and collaboration, Meredith strives to create a more inclusive, supportive, and equitable educational environment for all. In all spheres of her life, Meredith remains deeply dedicated to her family while also standing as a prominent advocate for DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) and mental health awareness.
She is deeply passionate about supporting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, a cause that holds personal significance for her, and actively lends her support to its endeavors.. Meredith’s love for her three dogs, passion for reading, and enthusiasm for travel further enrich her life outside of her professional pursuits.
